Provisional energy consumption bill

Hertz energy analytics also generates a tentative power consumption bill based on the total units consumed monthly. The prerequisite for this module is that SEMS meter should be installed at the clients end so that HEA system receives the electrical meter reading of the client.

The value added features of the HEA generated provisional bill are:

  • The customers can view the reading and consumption for the month which also includes the total units consumed from Discom and from open access.
  • The charges and rebates applicable for the client are depicted in the bill.
  • The charges incurred for open access consumption are also reflected in the bill.
  • The normal deviation charges are also included if DSM mechanism is applicable.
